location on the Costa Azahar.
Gandìa and Oliva are very popular resorts with people from Madrid the UK

The putting greens are Pencross and the greens is bermuda grass.
There are 18 holes and a par 72.
You can play from 8am to end of the solar light.
Excellent tees, greens and fairway. This golf course is highly
recommended as the course is on two levels and the bunkers are placed in
just the right places to catch the misdirected balls.

Alicante Golf
A splendid 18 hole Golf Course designed by Severiano Ballesteros that
covers a surface area of 518.842 sq.m., the majority of which forms part of
the La Condomina.
Its Social Club and restaurant offers all the services you would expect
from a club of this category, not to mention all the advantages a 5 star
hotel such as the Hesperia Golf Spa situated on hole 18 has to offer.

Alenda
Alenda Golf is an entertaining course for golfers of any level and it
requires skill and precision in both long drives and putts. Opened in 1999
and designed by Roland Favrat, Alenda Golf has gently rolling fairways and
the greens have tricky slopes that requires a good line and putting stroke.
The course has elevated greens which offer a challenge to any standard of
golfer and the tee shots also require good positioning. The first 9 holes of
the course are wide and lined by trees, whereas the last 9 holes require a
great deal of concentration, as this is the technical part of the course
where accuracy is more important than distance. The course offers stunning
views across the mountains and the Mediterranean.

- Par 72

Bonalba
Bonalba Golf Course, with 18 holes, a par of 72, and a total length of
6,367 meters (approx. 7,000 yards), was created, as many other golf courses
in the tourist areas, as a part of an enterprising Real Estate Project with
more than 3,000 houses (villas, apartments, detached and semi-detached
houses…), developed by the Grupo Alicante Urbana.
Bonalba Golf Course is located close to the Mediterranean in the
Municipality of Muchamiel, in Alicante (Spain).
The annual average temperature of 18 º C, together with being merely 2
km. away from the Playa de San Juan (San Juan Beach) make Bonalba an
exceptional setting to play golf all year round, and also a preferential
destination for the golf players of the North of Europe.
Notwithstanding the fact that it is one of the most recently created Golf
Courses in the Comunidad Valenciana (Autonomous Community of Valencia), it
already has a great number of visitors. It was opened on October 1995, and
it receives more than 60,000 players each year; thus confirming that it is a
Commercial Course, while, on the other hand, this also proves its quality.
Relevant events have taken place here, such as the Final Round of the
National Professional Golf Circuit in 97 and 98, the Spanish Junior and Boys
Tournaments in the year 2000, as well as the Costa Blanca Challenge, and the
European Challenge Tour that same year.
The variety of its vegetation, lakes and water hazards, its great number
of bunkers and its wide greens arranged in an amusing design made by Ramón
Espinosa make Bonalba an interesting and appealing challenge for the amateur
golfer as well as for the professionals.
A slope rating of 132 on the yellow bars shows us the degree of
difficulty of the course. The first 9 holes are quite technical, as the
golfer has to avoid three of the five existent lakes, which play an
important role in five of the first nine holes of the round. The three last
holes of the first part of the round can spoil even the best score card, as
they are the handicap 1 (par 4), 13 ( par 3), and 3 (par 4) in the course.
These 3 holes have been called by the local golfers the "Amen Corner" of
Bonalba.
The second 9 holes, being also quite technical, require a stronger
stroke, they are holes where the dominant breeze from Levante makes it
difficult to reach the green, normally forcing the golfers to use more
"woods" than usual, especially on holes 16, 17, and 18, where the breeze
blows right into the faces of the golfers.

Las Ramblas
Why should you play?
It's an outstanding, undulating course in a dramatic, contrasting
landscape.
One minute you're trying to steer clear of trees and shrubbery and the
next you're battling to avoid barren rock outcrops. Be warned it's a battle
you might well lose. But you'll love trying.
Best bit. The challenge of propelling your ball over a series of gorges
and ravines. The first - a 341-metre sharp dogleg right of a par four- sets
the tone. You can either gamble and drive over a rocky hillock or play safe
by taking an iron , aiming for an area straight ahead but leaving a lengthy
second shot. Decisions, decisions... and Las Ramblas is full of them."
