Earth Course
The Greg Norman designed Earth course has been inspired by the great parkland courses of Europe and North America. With the use of indigenous flora throughout the course and flowing water features the end result is truly spectacular. The lush vegetation surrounding the course creates a oasis of beauty and a unique golf experience.
The variety of Mediterranean architecture used in the residential communities that surround the Earth course provide the ultimate backdrop to this magnificent course.

Fire Course
The Greg Norman designed Fire course has been created to reflect the surrounding landscape with dramatic use of flora throughout the course. With the theme of the course enhancing the natural environment combined with the undulating topography of the course, it will undoubtedly prove to be a challenging course to play.
The seven residential streets sited around the Fire course complement the beauty of their desert setting, drawing on rustic Tuscan and Mediterranean architectural themes and materials, including stucco walls, rough stone and brick.

Water Course
Water is the vibrant new neighbourhood within Dubai’s most prestigious residential development. Water is about life – and the way you choose to live it. High-end design, low-impact luxury. A cleaner, greener, more sustainable community that delivers everything but compromise.
Designed by Vijay Singh, the 18-hole championship Water course promises to confound and excite players of all abilities in equal measure. The course will wind through naturally vegetated dune troughs, following ribbons of wetland, and will feature numerous lakes and other water features.
The dunes themselves will be vegetated with native salt-tolerant tall grasses and sedges, for a natural look, while oasis and pond areas will be fringed with palm trees. This approach is unique in Dubai, and will result in a challenging, traditional course that will be dramatic in both appearance and feel.

Wind course
Wind takes golf back to its roots with a traditional, Scottish links-style course in which the power and energy of nature – and the challenge of playing in unpredictable conditions – plays a key role.
The Wind course is being created by a team whose collaboration is unique within the history of golf course design. It combines the excitement and raw energy of El Nino - Sergio Garcia - with the power and skill of The Great White Shark, Greg Norman, and the experience and wisdom of The Maestro, Pete Dye, the undisputed father of modern golf course design.
With a varied range of teeing options, the Wind course promises to pose a unique challenge to golfers of every skill-level. Tight fairways cushioned between rolling dunes will allow little room for error, with approach shots into well-protected sloping greens ensuring that precision is the key to unlocking the vast rewards of the course.
Construction of the Wind course and neighbourhood is due to commence in 2010.
